International Trips

The Natural Resources Foundation offers international natural history tours to spectacular
countries around the world. These trips introduce members to host country's unique cultural and natural resources, and help educate visitors on the conservation issues facing those countries today. Tours are arranged through Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) and Holbrook Travel and are limited to 16-19 persons to provide a high-quality and personal experience for our guests.

Cloud Forests of Ecuador and the Galapagos Archipelago- September 2011
Join us September 9-19, 2011 for an exploration of the cloud forests of mainland Ecuador and a private cruise to the Galapagos Islands. Tanzania Safari December 2010 and January 2011
The Foundation is hosting TWO 14-day trips to Tanzania, one on December 29, 2010-January 11, 2011 (registration currently full) and a second on January 15-28, 2011 (limited space still available). These trips are organized through Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT). The cost for the January 2011 tour is $4,723.38 per person and includes roundtrip airfare from Madison, 11 nights lodging, 32 meals, daily activities and game drives, services of expert drivers and guides, all park and private camp fees, bottled water, a complimentary safari bag, and taxes. There is an additional $300/person tax-deductible contribution to the Natural Resources Foundation.

Wisconsin Field Trips 2010

Natural Resources Foundation field trips provide opportunities for participants to learn about natural resource conservation and management issues throughout the state. Trips are led by DNR experts who share their love and knowledge of Wisconsin's natural resources. Natural Resource Foundation members can register for field trips starting mid-March 2010.
