Work-Study Positions

Administrative Assistant

This position is a part-time work-study position for students (undergraduate or graduate). The position reports to the Office Manager, but duties will support all departments within the office, including administration, membership, outreach, and programs.

 

Communications and Program Assistant

This position is a part-time work-study position for students (undergraduate or graduate). The position reports to the communications director, but responsibilities will be split between communications duties and program support.

This work-study position is designed to will help the qualified candidate build a portfolio, develop database management skills, and explore the important roles of communications and data management in advancing the mission of a nonprofit organization.

 

Current Volunteer Opportunities

General assistance with mailings and filing in the Madison office (we’re a lot of fun to be with!).
Restoration and management of State Natural Areas statewide (for more information, visit the DNR’s SNA volunteer page).
Help out in various roles at Wisconsin’s State Parks (to find a volunteer position, visit the DNR’s state parks volunteer page).
Spreading the word on our Foundation by hosting a conservation forum in your community.
